Opposition parties to protest during 2018 budget session

Islamabad (Staff Report): All the opposition parties have decided to lodge a strong protest in the National Assembly during budget session.

According to details, the government will present the budget for the fiscal year 2018-19 today in the lower house of Parliament schedule to hold at 5:00pm.

Earlier, the opposition announced to lodge a protest against the budget during today's Senate session.

The protest has been planned as opposition parties, including both the major political parties, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), believe that the outgoing government of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has no justification for presenting the budget for the whole year.
