Islamabad (Web Desk): Prime Minister Imran Khan on Saturday commended the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for collecting Rs4,143 billion in the first 11 months of the current fiscal year.
In a post on Twitter, the premier said it is a historic milestone that collections over Rs4,000 billion were made for the first time ever in any year.

Prime Minister Imran Khan said whilst the counting is still continuing, the collection is eighteen percent higher than the same period last year.
“This reflects broad based economic revival spurred by the government policies,” the premier added.
