Karachi (Staff Report): The holy Shab-e-Barat, the night of fortune and forgiveness, will be celebrated across the country on May 11 (Thursday) as the Shaban moon was sighted and the first of Shaban will fall on Friday.
Chairman of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal committee Mufti Munib-ur-Rehman announced in a meeting held at the Met Complex.
The committee received information about sighting of moon from other committees based in Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Umer Kot and other places also.
