Gaza (Web Desk / Agencies): At least 162 Palestinians were martyred in Israeli air strikes on Gaza during the last 24 hours.

Israeli planes and tanks have intensified attacks on densely populated Al-Maghazi, Al-Bureij and Al-Nusseirat in the centre of the coastal strip.

The Palestinian health ministry said a 17-year-old was killed and four other Palestinians wounded by Israeli army gunfire in the West Bank town of Beit Rima.

Meanwhile, The US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Europe's senior diplomat Josep Borrell have arrived in Istanbul on a new diplomatic push for peace in Gaza.

As per Gaza’s heath ministry total Palestinian death toll since October 7 has surpassed 22,700.
It is pertinent to mention that 90 days have passed since Israel's brutal attacks on Gaza.

According to the data released by Hamas related to the Israeli aggression, more than 22,000 Palestinians were martyred and millions were displaced since the beginning of Israeli bombardment on Gaza on October 7, 2023.

Hamas media office stated, that the occupying Israeli army has carried out 1,876 attacks in 90 days since October 7, in which the number of martyred and missing Palestinians is 29,438.

“As a result of the Israeli attacks, the bodies of 22,438 martyrs were brought to hospitals, including 9,730 children and 6,830 women,” the statement added.

It said that 7,000 Palestinians are missing in Gaza, 70 percent of whom are children and women.  Meanwhile 57,614 people were injured in the Israeli attacks, 6,000 seriously injured needed to travel urgently for treatment, only 645 injured were taken out of Gaza for treatment, while 10,000 cancer patients are facing the risk of death.

Hamas claimed that 1.9 million people were displaced due to the Israeli attacks on Gaza, while 3,55,000 people were affected by infectious diseases as a result of displacement.

The Israeli army destroyed 130 government buildings, 93 universities and schools, while 292 schools and universities were partially destroyed. 122 mosques were completely destroyed, while 218 were partially damaged, while three churches were also destroyed by the Israeli army. 65,000 housing units were completely destroyed, 2,90,000 houses were partially damaged.

According to Hamas, the Israeli army dropped 65,000 tons of explosives on Gaza in 90 days. The occupying forces destroyed 121 ambulances while 200 archaeological and cultural heritage sites were also destroyed in the Israeli attack.
