Lahore (Staff Report): Intermittent rain with gusty wind lashed Lahore and many other parts of the country in the wee hours of Monday turning weather cool and pleasant while Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted that this rain spell will prevail till coming Friday.
According to PMD, Rain thunderstorm with gusty winds also occurred at isolated places in Lahroe, Quetta, Zhob, Kalat, Makran, Sukkur, Larkana, Hazara, D.I.Khan, Peshawar, D.G.Khan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi divisions and upper FATA that has turned the weather pleasant.
PMD weather forecast revealed that rain-thunderstorm with gusty winds at isolated places in Lahore, Islamabad, Hazara, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi divisions, Islamabad, FATA and Kashmir is expected to prevail till Friday.
However, the weather in Karachi will remain hot and dry while the temperature of the city will remain 27 degree centigrade to 35-37 degree centigrade.
