India qualify for ICC Champions Trophy final

Edgbaston, Birmingham (Staff Report): India qualified for the final of the ICC Champions Trophy 2017 after beating Bangladesh by nine wickets at Birmingham on Thursday.

Batting first, Bangladesh scored 264 for the loss of 7 wickets in allotted fifty overs.

India chased the target in 40.1 overs.  Rohit Sharma scored 123 runs and Virat Kohli made 96 runs.

Rohit Sharma was declared man of the match.

The final of the trophy will be played between Pakistan and India at the Oval on Sunday.
