Islamabad (Web Desk): Minister for Pakistan Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will inaugurate Sir Syed Express passenger train on the third of the next month.
According to the Radio Pakistan, Rashid said Railways has started functioning properly as thirty four new trains have been run by the PTI government.
The Minister said there is a plan to extend Lahore-Sargodha railcar up to Mianwali. He said retired train drivers are being rehired to reduce pressure on drivers and avert accidents.
Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said temporary labour appointment employees will be regularized.
