Islamabad (Staff Report): Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), on Wednesday, has adjourned the hearing regarding the contempt of court case against Imran Khan, until October 12.
The sources reported that the ECP adjourned the hearing until the Islamabad High Court decides on the party’s petition regarding the proceedings.
The ECP heard the proceedings of the foreign funding case about the matters pertaining to the finances of Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaf (PTI).
However, PTI’s Chairman Imran Khan on Monday, submitted an apology through his counsel Babar Aiwan stating.
“He respects ECP and believes in supremacy of institutions,” apology claimed.
