PAF aircraft crash-lands near Peshawar

Peshawar (Staff Report): Pakistan Army’s Mushshak aircraft crash-landed today (Thursday) in Painda Khan village of Mattani on the outskirts of Peshawar.

The pilot of the trainer aircraft remained safe according to initial reports.

Earlier in February, a Shaheen Air Flying Training School aircraft crashed in Faisalabad, left instructor and the trainee pilot dead.

As a result of the crash, the aircraft was completely destroyed. The plane took off at 12:40, 15 minutes after which it crashed due to a technical fault.

Rescue 1122 official Faisal Zia said, “The captain, Ahmed Hassaan, and Moaz bin Asad died on the spot.”
