Mango Leaf Tea
1. 3-4 mango leaves
1. Boil 3 to 4 mango leaves in a small pot of water.
2. Allow these leaves sit in the water overnight, to maximize the amount of mango extract left in the water.
3. Strain the leaves.
4. Drink the liquid in the morning on your empty stomach.
Drinking it on an empty stomach ensures that you will absorb as much of the mango leave’s fat and diabetes fighting nutrients as possible.
