Hamza Shehbaz’s family head to London

Lahore (Staff Report): Five members of Hamza Shehbaz’s family have departed for London today (Saturday), boarding a Pakistan International Airlines flight days after Chief Minister Punjab's son left for abroad.

The family members are going to London include Hamza Shehbaz’s sister, children and wife, the airport sources reported.

CM Punjab’s other son Suleman Shehbaz and Ishaq Dar’s daughter-in-law also accompanied the group.

On August 22, Hamza Shehbaz Sharif left for London ahead of the NA-120 by-election in Lahore. Hamza had informed the party’s local leadership that he would monitor the NA-120 by-election campaign from abroad and also directed that the party workers should leave no stone unturned in ensuring victory in the upcoming by-poll. While earlier reports suggested the PML-N chief removed his nephew as in-charge of NA-120 election campaign.

Nawaz had called a meeting in Jati Umrah where he asked federal minister Pervaiz Malik to take over as in-charge of the election campaign for his wife, Begum Kulsoom Nawaz, the sources revealed.
